On a beautiful day punters love going for picnics especially now as the weather settles and the outdoor life beacons, but there are plenty of people who are simply too lazy to pack up a basket and head for the hills (as the saying goes). Why not head to the many restaurants, bars, and cafes of Singapore offering picturesque views set amongst gorgeous greenery?

The alfresco area at The Coastal Settlement is full of greenery, waterfalls and it literally feels like a picnic spot. Plus, it's pet friendly! Perch yourself on one of the tables and let your doggo enjoy the fresh air as you indulge in some high-tea. It costs S$19 for two and consists of assorted macaron, cendol panna cotta, mini donut, cake of the day, crispy char siew sou, sandwich, mini curry puff, and Asian tart with free-flowing tea or coffee.
