Grand Hyatt Singapore pays tribute to all mothers with themed dining experiences exclusively on 8th May 2022, On this special day, mezza9 too will serve a complimentary Gold Moscato cocktail in partnership with Monogram Tea, a master of bespoke tea blends. The special cocktail is a tantalizing gin-based cocktail highlighting cold-brewed Gold Moscato Oolong tea seethed in luxurious edible gold glitter and infused with fragrant elderflower syrup.
mezza9 will present exclusive dishes in the buffet-style Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch exclusively at SGD 108 which includes free-flow freshly squeezed juices, tea, and coffee. Guests can top up an additional SGD 90 to enjoy bottomless Barons Barons de Rothschild Champagne and cocktails.
Savour a sumptuous selection of the restaurant’s fine cuisine from six of its show kitchens: grill, steam basket, seafood, Thai, sushi, and patisserie as well as an array of delectable Mother’s Day themed desserts.
Specially served on the buffet menu includes the sustainable baked whole salmon from the Faroe Islands, a fork-tender roasted and stuffed whole lamb leg rubbed in herbs and aromatic spices, and a juicy wok-fried Australian grass-fed beef tenderloin. This is served alongside mouth-watering bites of springy scallop dumplings as well as fragrant white asparagus sautêed and served with hollandaise sauce.
Themed desserts include indulgent red velvet cake, chocolate fondant with rich chocolate lava, assorted cream puffs, and tangy raspberry crumble. Keep eyes peeled for the delightful flower pot sorbet, as well as the wild strawberry soft serve to cleanse the palette as well as a cheese selection served alongside nuts, dried fruits, and grapes.
