For a relaxing afternoon, treat Mum to a three-course high tea at 10 SCOTTS featuring innovative dishes, delicate pastries, and desserts from SGD 68 per guest. In addition to the complimentary Gold Moscato cocktail served upon arrival, 10 SCOTTS will also be serving a red velvet cake to all mothers on 8th May 2022.
Start with the cold course such as the sustainable herb salmon loin, using the sous-vide method for a tender texture, Blue Swimmer crab meat, and Yarra Valley caviar served with egg and chive oil. This is accompanied by toasted Focaccia topped with 18-month aged parma ham and a variety of organic plant-based dishes. Highlights in the hot course are the braised Australian beef brisket, which is slow-cooked to tenderness, baked eggplant parmigiana, and sustainable hake fillet with potato cream and leek ragout.
All ladies will be delighted with the exceptional selection of desserts such as the tangy strawberry tart with lemon curd, the Manjari chocolate tart, rhubarb compote, and seasonal homemade scones as well as salted caramel ice cream.
Diners can also warm their bellies with a selection of bespoke tea blends by Monogram Tea as well as a choice of six cocktails at a top-up of SGD 30 or free-flowing Barons de Rothschild Brut Champagne and wines at a top-up of SGD 40.
