In 2012, the bakery embarked on crafting a variety of pastries – from croissants to scones, quiches to cakes. Each item was baked fresh daily. By 2019, a brunch menu was introduced, extending the commitment to using fresh, quality ingredients to share beloved food.

Today, the bakery maintains the same dedication to crafting products as when it first opened 12 years ago. Everything is still prepared from scratch and baked daily onsite in the basement kitchen, made in limited quantities to uphold their quality.

Looking ahead with anticipation to sharing new creations with new customers, the bakery also reflects on the gratitude for the friends and family who have supported them over the years, enjoying their creations and sharing in their passion.
