Expat hair, DO CARE! The best and only place to go for expat hair care. Leona and Joe just really get western hair, and Leona's colour is the best I've had anywhere in the world. The salon is really glam and their lychee martinis make my hair appointments extra fun and chilled. Love this place so much, especially as a bottle blonde.
