I booked online which was easy and straightforward, the communication was great & the staff are friendly and helpful.

My mum & I had the best experience today and can’t wait to return. We had the bathhouse experience which contains a spa and a bath with a built in seat the water was amazing!

We’re going to try the private bath and the salt and magnesium pool next. After I left the building mum & I were so chilled, I’d really recommend this if you want to unwind!

Also the building is spacious, beautifully and the surrounds of nature make it that extra bit refreshing.

Please do yourself a favour and check this place out. I feel in my opinion that some of the reviews on the web are absolute rubbish & are left from high maintenance,”nothings ever good enough” kind of people.

It’s actually really lovely, warm and welcoming and makes you want to come back. Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa thanks so much for a wonderful happy experience, you have gained two new customers.
