Theato restaurant is securing The Bale Phnom Penh's reputation as one of South East Asia's leading new culinary destinations. Our team combines local Khmer culinary knowledge with global training to deliver innovative, authentic dishes from around the world and around the corner.
Dishes include Mekong Broth with giant prawns, Seared Beef Salad with soft poached egg, and the South Cambodian classic Kep Crab and Kampot Pepper Stir-fry.
