"Bought my first Bianchi Oltre XR2 in 2016. Unfortunately it cracked at one of the seat stay. Went back to BYX as it has 5 year warranty. Sam helped me to lodge my claim and got my frame replace in less than 2 weeks. Now I’m on the Bianchi Specialissima (opted with top up). Love this bike!! Kudos to Sam and Jacky to getting the bike done up."
