Wow, all I can say is Wow. The process was seamless. Submitted an online appointment request form after midnight the night before I wanted to get a service person to come over and fix my phone, Received an instant confirmation via email. Time of arrival between 10am-12 midday was selected, received am SMS update at 11 stating service person would arrive in 30 minutes. They did right on the said time, fixed the phone in 25 minutes and works as good as new. No Fuss, No issues, just brilliant service Bravo
This is a good service. They arrive when you agree for them to arrive. Non of this waiting around all morning like a lot of services in Singapore. They are also very efficient, no beating around the bush. The service is inexpensive considering they come to you.
These guys rock! Being able to contact someone to come to your home/office to fix your phone or tablet takes the hassle and worry out of finding a place to take your device to, and then having to leave it with them without supervision. In my experience using Fynd, they will usually be able to fix an appointment with you for the next day - I once even got same day service! The staff are quick, knowledgeable and polite. They will give you sms updates on their arrival time, and they actually arrive on time. Payment can be made via various different methods, including paypal at the time of the service call. I would highly recommend Fynd if you ever need your device repaired and you want it done properly.
