Restaurateur & Food Consultant, A 6-week deep dive into how to create flavoursome recipes that can support your families nutrition. Everything in a unique private venue at Everton Road. 

While having fun around the table, they will learn important healthy tips, cook a delicious new recipe every day and also be part of an aftercare group with exclusive content

The program:

  • An understanding of healthy eating terms e.g. whole foods, gluten-free, refined sugar, and artificial flavourings
  • Insight into the dietary trends and the foods that create these dishes eg plant-based cuisine, keto, intermittent fasting
  • What gut health means and how to incorporate daily food as medicine into their daily home routines

How to build nutritious meals including how to stock a pantry, where to source the ingredients and make sauces, healthy breakfasts, and evening meals.
