Singapore Trading Post

A shared love and passion for Singapore's history is at the heart of Singapore Trading Post. Opened by Jo Harrison and Rob Pendergrast in 2013 they made a commitment to:

Source treasures from the traditional Singapore trading routes – India, China, Indonesia, Vietnam. Searching a wealth of different products and aspiring to continue old traditions.

Source direct from the manufacturer so that they could build a relationship as well as ensure they provided safe working conditions for their staff and absolutely no child labour. If these partners also used recycled, repurposed, or supplied vintage treasures then that would be a real bonus.

Continually search for new treasures as well as develop and innovate products they could bring to their customers across the island.

The romantic style of old Singapore will always be the backbone of their look (plantation chairs, pineapple lamps, classic bar accessories), but they constantly introduce and design bespoke quality items to suit your Singapore home, whether it be a small apartment or a black and white house.

Customers seem to love the fact that they can buy a piece of the little red dot as a memory with the growing gift and Singapore momento range.

This is such a great store, I'm only familiar with the Pasarbella store and have since bought quite a few items. Love this kind of furniture and nick knacks!

An Asian Eclectic paradise! My favorites are the reproduction vintage travel posters on canvas. Although there are two locations, I much prefer the Tan Boon Liat Building location as the size allows for more of the furniture options. The parking at Tan Boon Liat is easy and the building has lots of other worthwhile shops.
