Everyone is looking for a fun activity for both weekday and weekend. Book ahead and venture into Kallang Wave Mall, Funan Mall or Velocity at Novena for a walk-in climbing session or better still, sign up for one of the popular kids’ programs for little ones aged five to 12.Â
The staff are constantly going around reminding climbers to put on your mask when you’re on the ground, and to climb on alternate lanes, but do understand this monitoring is something the staff on duty are required to enforce strictly.
Climb Central has kept all their climbing lanes open to allow for more variety of climbs during your sessions, and they also understand that it is harder to breathe with your mask on for strenuous climbs. However, they have posted recently that they will have to implement stricter measures (close lanes, masks on at all times etc.) if the staff continue to observe climbers not cooperating.
Climb Central has dedicated climbing lanes for kids (big kids are welcome to try it out too), as well as kid-sized climbing shoes and harnesses. Parents and guardian's can get in on the climbing experience or leave it to the professionals and watch from a safe, close distance. Climb Central also holds birthday parties and classes for extra-keen climbers, too.
This is an excellent activity offering children a sense of achievement once they reach their goal height.
