I didn't find exactly what I went there for, but ended up finding other gear at a good price. You have to just work with their system and don't be afraid to ask the staff. It's also helpful to have photos of specific items. Definitely not a place for the faint of heart!
One-stop shop for restaurant owners and chefs. Just need to be really focused on what you need as it is usually really busy, crowded and chaotic. Best to grab one of the employees to help you collect the various items you need.
Make sure you've had your caffeine hit before entering this treasure trove of kitchen items - it's exhausting but service is pretty good and delivery is reliable
