I will have to try this to make my own decision. Even if there are some negative feedback.
Based on how highly rated this spa was, I cannot tell you how disappointed I was with Healing Touch. I booked my husband for a 2 hour massage as a birthday surprise at the Tampines branch. On arrival, the place smelt mouldy and there was no ambiance. We were poorly greeted. My husband was told to take a seat and was subsequently ignored for 20 mins. No offer of water, no consultation. He was then taken to a very pokey room. 5 minutes into the massage, the other therapists next door started having a very loud and giggly discussion (the walls were flimsy and not at all soundproof). My husband asked if they'd mind being quiet so he could relax, but his request was totally ignored. After 20 minutes, he gave up and walked out. The massage and ambience were terrible and no courtesy given to clients. It really spoilt his birthday. Very disappointing. I can not recommend Healing Touch.
