Better Bodies Bootcamp

Published - 25 February 2021, Thursday

An alternative to the gym scene, Better Bodies Boot Camp is appropriate for men and women of all ages and fitness levels, and is a good jump-start for people who need a little motivation, and want to do something different with their fitness program, They provide challenging outdoor training to help participants achieve their fitness goals in a non-intimidating, supportive setting.

A typical one-hour Boot Camp workout may include speed and agility drills, core conditioning, walking/jogging, strength training, and obstacle courses, conducted in a variety of outdoor venues from the lush green park settings at Botanic Gardens to the track and field at the University of Singapore (NUS) on Bukit Timah Road.

Participants will enjoy the positive encouragement and group camaraderie of the whole program. Unlike the typical stereotype of the drill-sergeant fitness instructor, participants will enjoy the friendly and approachable manner. Video Credit: Smarter Me
