Indulge in an ambrosial four-course international set dinner at mezza9. Start with a tantalizing Sushi Makoto comprising of the chef’s selection of sustainable fish for the day, Sashimi, Nigiri and Maki. Ease into a comforting and aromatic Double-Boiled Abalone Soup complete with chicken, mushroom and wolfberries.
The entrée ignites a burst of umami flavours with a Grilled Australian Grass-Fed Prime Rib Steak as well as a Sustainable Boston Lobster topped with decadent Béarnaise Sauce. Seal the evening with a bonne bouche of homemade Pavlova that is crisp on the outside and light on the inside. Further indulge in an optional bottle of Rosé wine to accentuate the occasion.

Pete's Place
Tuck into a five-course themed dinner that transports diners on a palate-pleasing trip to Italy. Underscored by the use of Italian herbs and ingredients, the menu features Italian classics for a bona fide dinner experience with loved ones. Begin the evening with a savoury Sfincione, a Sicilian pizza topped with Pecorino cheese to whet the appetite. For the second course, indulge in a choice of Burrata Cheese and Tomato Pesto; Prosciutto e Melone, prepared with aged 18–month Parma Ham paired with Melon; or Calamari Fritti paired with tartar sauce.
Enjoy the fresh taste of seafood with Pete’s Place’s famed Spaghetti all'Aragosta, a lobster spaghetti tossed with fragrant saffron plum tomato sauce for the third course. For the entrée, indulge in either Sea Bass Acqua Pazza sautéed with olives, capers and tomatoes or Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, a classic Florentine-style steak featuring a thick-cut, meltingly tender and incredibly flavourful steak.
As a sweet ending to the meal, dig into a velvety Pistachio Semifreddo, topped with zesty berry compote.
