Supergreek’s modern spin on this Greek specialty consists of tender cuts of meat, fish and vegetarian options accentuated with quintessential herbs such as oregano and dill, as well as tomatoes, onions and Greek vinaigrette, then grilled, roasted, or steamed, but never fried.
