Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio
Taste the freshness of the sea with the thinly sliced Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio, served with ikura, slices of fresh red radish, lime zest, lime juice and extra virgin olive oil.
Pan-seared Foie Gras
This will be followed by the refreshing fruity flavours of the Pan-seared Foie Gras with poached pear puree and berry compote.
The charcoalgrilled Sanchoku Waygu Hanging Tender served with Vadouvan Pumpkin Puree adds an extra spice flavour to the puree.
The evening is made complete with a bottle of wine or champagne and a complimentary floral bouquet.

In the evening, Wildseed Bar transforms amongst a vibrant ambience and fairy lights, elevating amour to new heights with a 3-Course Valentine’s Day Menu.
Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop
Charm your partner with a selection of luscious dishes including Creamy Asparagus Soup with orange and mascarpone fondue or Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop with crispy smoked bacon, creamy garlic sauce and balsamic reduction and alfalfa sprout to start.
Mains include a choice of Grass Fed Angus or Charcoal Grilled Kelong Seabass with caponata, beetroot sauce and chive sabayon.
Charcoal Grilled Kelong Seabass
The Vanilla Panna Cotta tart with strawberry compote provides a sweet ending to your Fairy Tale feast.
The menu also includes 2 glasses of Garden-to-bar welcome drink, aptly named Sweet Love.
The 3-Course Menu Price: $98++ for 2 Pax, and includes a welcome drink each. Option to top up $20++ for 2 glasses of wine, or $60++ for a bottle of wine
