Tofuya Ukai Owada offers a seasonal tofu cuisine with a good view of the Japanese garden.

Tosui-tofu, which is made by putting tofu in Tosui soup created by adding dashi to soymilk, 
and age-dengaku, which is made by frying sliced-tofu and then cooking it with wood charcoal, are two of theirs specialties. 

Tofu is the main dish in any course menu, and you can also enjoy seasonal seafood and vegetables.
