Popular Wildfire Chicken & Burgers will reopen at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Bencoolen Street. The new Wildfire will see the return of its original chef and continue to fire up awesome burgers in an Inka oven for that perfect char. Prices are affordable and competitive with market prices starting at $9 for a classic cheeseburger and from $3.50 for fried chicken - both popular food delivery items should F&B lean more towards delivery in the future.
Multi award winning Wildfire Chicken & Burgers was launched in Singapore to critical acclaim in 2015, having quickly secured the title of Asia’s Best Burger within 12 months of opening, then signing a 5 city, 38 outlet franchise for China that very same year.
After 3 successful stores in Singapore, the brand took a brief hiatus in mid 2019 to redevelop and reengineer it’s menu before announcing that it will be reopening on 1st June 2020 in the heart of Singapore's civic centre, at the arts, heritage and design precinct of Bras Basah/Bugis.
Helmed by an all star kitchen team including the original head chef from the first Wildfire Burgers, as well as one of the chefs from the opening team of Privé (Marina at Keppel Bay) in 2007, this is clearly no ordinary burger/fried chicken joint.
The focus is on using only the freshest ingredients, handling them with care and cooking them properly with time-tested techniques.
At the heart of the kitchen is the mighty Binchotan charcoal fired INKA grill, double ventilated to generate heat in excess of 750 degrees, allowing chefs to achieve superior charring and to create the signature smoky flavours that the Wildfire Burgers are famous for.
This time around, on top of their renowned burgers and signature fried chicken, the team will also be launching a really special Burnt Cheesecake that is the perfect accompaniment to any meal or just by itself!
