Started in Chef Bjorn Shen’s office attached to Artichoke where he does most of his experimenting, Small’s is now open to the public as an omakase counter three days a week. Seating only four, with all bookings coming from the same party, Small’s is probably home to one of the most intimate Chef’s tables in Singapore. For $500 for a group of four, expect to find interesting twists from Bjorn’s travel experiences, on the familiar Neapolitan pizza. Bookings open on the 24th of each month, but they sell out fast, so book pronto!
