Raw Kitchen Bar started as a passion project in a backroom of the old Bt Timah fire station.

With little experience but a whole lotta heart, the tiny restaurant quietly grew a following of people who loved spending time in what felt like a second home.

Good food was shared, culture was cultivated and memories were made that defined that period.

Presently, they continue these principles, sharing their love for comfort, details and memorable moments.

The origins of Kilo show humble beginnings in 2008 — a passion project begun in a backroom of the old Bt Timah fire station.

Their 12-year journey since then brought along a following of loyal customers who made this eatery their second home.

Today fans are rewarded with the restaurant’s silent resurgence — the new and improved Raw Kitchen Bar — a nifty new spot rooted in 66 Kampong Bugis.

RKB’s doors are open from Thursday to Sunday, where their dining experience celebrates the realness and rawness of being present.

For those new to the scene, the Balsamic Duck Leg dish is a highly recommended fave. 2021 bookings now open.

At RKB we celebrate the realness and rawness of being present while enjoying beautiful food, cold drinks, and engaging conversation.

Relax, kick back & see you on the Patio.

Reopened in November, Raw Kitchen Bar is all set to welcome you on their patio and enjoy a hearty meal.

What we love is their Paprika Thick Cut Fries, Raw Salmon Laab and Greek Honey Burrata.

Devour their Dirty Pork Ribs with marmite bbq glaze & pineapple rice flakes or Balsamic Duck Leg with crushed potato leek, parmesan, balsamic confit duck leg & chives for your mains.
