Esora

Pictured: A confluence of orient and occident culinary influences. Maison Mitteault foie gras torchon, myoga, and Japanese mikan make for a modern take on the traditional Monaka.

After cutting his teeth at stellar dining institutions like 3 Michelin-starred Nihonryori RyuGin (Tokyo, Japan), and 2 Michelin-starred Odette (Singapore), Chef Shigeru Koizumi embarks on his first ever kappo fine dining restaurant at 15 Mohamed Sultan.

Emotive and imaginative, ESORA showcases Modern Japanese cuisine guided by Chef Koizumi’s affinity with nature and attention to detail.

Here the chefs are storytellers and every dish is an intimate tale of nostalgia, seasonality, and sheer fanaticism.

Elegantly designed and reflecting Chef Shigeru Koizumi’s love for skies and hues of nature, Esora is a brilliant Japanese restaurant you mustn't miss out on in Singapore. The food here is phenomenal to say the least and is served in a kappo-style. This means the chef plans your meal and here at Esora each dish is sure to elevate your taste buds, one bite at a time. Besides, the surprise me factor in your meal, you’ll find the gourmet dishes planned and plated according to the elements of nature. Be ready to be amazed.

Besides, the ‘surprise me’ factor in your meal, you’ll find the gourmet dishes planned and plated according to the elements of nature and they’re all set with the autumn menu. Think mushrooms, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and get ready to be amazed.
