Deemed the Alley of Sichuan Flavours, @ the heart of @ChuanHungNoodle is her Mian Yang Rice Noodles; specially sourced from oneparticular artisan who lives in a village deep in Sichuan. The Vine Pepper Broth is a HouseMade Stock of Chicken Bones infused with Sichuan Vine Peppers & Chilli Padi. The other broths are the Clear: Made from Pork Bones + Lard that is simmered in clear water all day & the Red: HouseMade Spice Blend that includes Sichuan Peppers, Pickled Chillies, Dried Chillies amongst other Herbs + Spices are fried until fragrant thereafter added to Clear Broth to Simmer.” @kevin_the_hiak Pic taken @ChuanHungNoodle
