There is nothing better than midnight ramen! Long, slippery noodles with tantalizing flavours and chicken soup boiled to perfection are the perfect snack if you feel like hogging away when the clock strikes 12. The Ramen Stall is a halal restaurant serving traditional Japanese cuisine with a twist.
The meat and bones of the chicken are boiled for 30 long hours and are devoid of any artificial flavours, be it MSG, sugar or even salt. The result: a light, watery soup complete with a rich texture that ensnares the senses with the very first spoonful. Some signature dishes worth trying out are Mushroom Ramen and Volcano Ramen, and the stall also serves a large variety of side dishes if you’re in the mood for sushi or sashimi.
