You will discover cuts of meats personally sourced and procured by Raffles Grab & Go chef's from dedicated farms that show utmost care and respect for their livestock at Butcher's Block.

These premium meats are cooked using the time-honoured craft of wood fire employing a variety of techniques, such as smoking, grilling and slow cooking in embers, to impart distinct flavours and aromas. A BBQ like no other.

Think great ingredients and honest cooking inspired by Chef Remy Lefebvre’s creativity, travels and passion for BBQ. Butcher’s BlockExclusively available for collections and deliveries for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, 5pm to 9pm, the ‘Grab & Go’ BBQ Experience comes in three exquisitely curated packages to cater to parties of different sizes for their discerning guests – package for two, four or eight persons are priced S$348++, S$696++ and S$1,300++ respectively.

Included in the package for eight includes the raw 1.2kg 28-day dry-aged grads-fed côte de boeuf from premium meat purveyor John Stone in Ireland, accompanied specially made condiments of Smoked BBQ and Wild Pepper Sauce.

With almost two decades of culinary experience at several highly-acclaimed independent restaurants and luxurious 5-star hotels, Chef Rémy Lefebvre heads the kitchen at Butcher’s Block. His favourite method of cooking is using wood fire which showcases various techniques and uses different wood from trees such as cherry, oak and almond, and Japanese binchotan charcoal to deliver a delicious experience. “Cooking with different types of wood and charcoal is for me, like using a condiment,” shares Chef Rémy. “They add a wonderful flavour dimension to the meats.”
