The Brouhaha Brewery team are committed to delivering premium craft beer, quality food using fresh, locally sourced produce, and a high level of personalised service. Brouhaha Brewery's mission is to educate the wider community in the art of enjoying a great Craft Beer.
Of course, you can find a variety of carefully crafted beers at Brouhaha Brewery. Bar's open from 11 am to 5 pm, Friday to Sunday. Every Thursday, there is the option of getting craft beer, 'heat and eat' meals, and those locally sourced pantry essentials direct to your door. Stock up on their classic beers and enjoy them right in the comfort of your home. There are many different flavours to try, such as Strawberry Rhubarb Sour, Hinterland Pale Ale, and Raspberry Saison in packs of 4 or 24.
Brouhaha Brewery does not just serve delicious beers, the restaurant also offers Elgin Valley Smoked Chicken that comes with a brown rice salad, avocado, and goat cheese with ranch dressing.
There is also a great selection for vegans, such as the Vegan Burger that has a veef classic patty, tomato relish, red onion, tomato, and cos lettuce on a Ten Acres bread roll with beer battered fries and ketchup. Or if you are craving some Japanese food, there's the Vegan Karaage Bowl. These offerings are available from 11 am to 3 pm and Friday from 6.30 pm.
There is also a bar menu available from 11 am to 4 pm. Beer battered chips with aioli, pork scratchings topped with Szechuan salt and saison apple sauce, and conondale sweet peppers pair with goat's cheese ranch dip are some of the bar snacks available.
