Singapore's culinary sector has seen its fair share of pop-up restaurants and cuisine trends come and go, but one fascinating institution has taken its fleeting roots and established permanent ones. Puffy Bois, noted for its exquisite pizzas and refreshing cocktails, has relocated to Bali Lane in Singapore's popular Bugis district.

The emphasis at Puffy Bois is on establishing a relaxed and fun atmosphere for dining and drinking. The Puffy Bois team proudly promotes the concept of "fun" as their primary principle. Whether you're there for the food, the beverages, or the music, Puffy Bois guarantees that every aspect of your stay is delightful. Their dedication to providing seriously attentive yet easygoing hospitality distinguishes them.

Puffy Bois - Sam _ Zul

Puffy Bois is the brainchild of Zul Zaba and Sam Ng. Zul discovered his passion for modern flavours during his studies and time spent in the UK, while Sam's journey began as a humble pot scrubber and glass polisher. In their previous lives, one was a law student who travelled extensively, and the other was a gin and whiskey ambassador, as well as an awarded bartender and chef with international acclaim. In their current lives, they're serving up some of the best casual pizza and beverages in Singapore at Puffy Bois.

In the words of Zul and Sam, "What we really want is for people to come in and instantly feel like they're in their mate's place—a place that just happens to serve epic pizza, offer badass booze, and keep heads nodding to great tunes."

Puffy Bois

Puffy Bois serves five pizzas by the slice or as a complete pie. Classics like the Margherita and the Pepperoni are on the menu. In addition to these staples, the remaining three alternatives change on a regular basis based on the team's creative whims. Current menu items at Puffy Bois include the Parma-Roni, Black Clam, and Spiced Artichoke. The pricing is both reasonable and competitive, with slices ranging from S$6 to S$7 and whole pies from S$22 to S$28.

Puffy Bois

Puffy Bois' extensive drink menu is one of its main attractions. From high-end Grower Champagnes starting at S$100 to the ever-popular Pabst Blue Ribbon, they cater to a wide spectrum of preferences. The drink selection is equally remarkable, providing both classic and bespoke cocktails. The Bamboo, Sour Crush Cooler, Duck & Weave, and the 2:1 Martini are among the standouts.

These Puffy Bois cocktails cater to a wide range of tastes, from sessionable and refreshing to boozier selections. Puffy Bois is open from Thursdays to Mondays, from 6 p.m. to midnight. They are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. While they encourage walk-ins, they also provide bookings for larger events. It's a welcoming environment for all.
