PERSEA (pronounced per-say-ah) was born out of a desire to bring fun back into better eating. Their name stems from a genus of evergreen trees, with the most famous being the avocado. Just like the avocado, their low-carb dishes are vibrant, rich in good fats and delectable in flavours.
Their menu is low-carb and perfect for those more conscious about their diet. With small plates and mains, the dishes are great for sharing so you can let loose and enjoy! Their first menu series features flavours from the Mediterranean with unique combinations of nuts, spices and oils. Using only the best quality ingredients.
