Cuba Libre Café & Bar has gone green with its new menu at Frasers Tower by comprising 40 percent vegetarian options on the whole food menu.

They have constructed a new age Latin menu after realizing the growing need for a healthy lifestyle and the health concerns of the new generation.

Guests can enjoy their new highlights, which are the must-try in their menu, ranging from the mouthwatering Cuban’s favorite, Ropa Vieja Bites ($15); the Peruvian-style seabass tartar – Lubina Ceviche ($15), to Vegetariana Burger with homemade sweet potato patty ($15).

Since 2006, Cuba Libre is a well-loved spot in the nightlife scene and is known for its sizzling parties and grand mojitos. The newly launched menu at Frasers Tower is adding a whole new dynamic turning Cuba Libre into more than the average bar.

There are a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes ranging from the people’s favorite Prawn Al Ajillo, Croquettes, Brazilian Aloo Tikki to the classic chicken wings, and Jalapeño poppers. Perfect for accompanying the refreshing beers and cocktails!
