What makes Basil Kitchen different than others, Expat Choice asked Tatiana?
The Basil Kitchen provides best and fresh food anytime, catering for your special events, business breakfast/ luncheons. They even offer a food tasting of everything if you don't know where to start. Their experienced team of chef's custom designs each menu and coordinates both set up and food presentation for your event if needed.

Boina Ana Tatiana is the creative mind behind it all and one of our good friends which we always admire what she has done while raising her children. "Sometimes a mum with kids is stronger than a lion and is capable of many things. There's a lot cooking in the background and we will announcing our new Restaurant in Canggu soon." She says.
She always surrounded herself with well educated chefs such as Andrew the executive chef from the Bulgari Resort 11 years ago. Herself had a restaurant sized 2000 square meters in Uluwatu and then downsized to a tiny Bistro and 6 Villas to operate an Bed & Breakfast which turned then into Lapis surrounded by Rice-fields only open for dinner.
Tatiana says, she was never a cook or wanted to make big money. She only wanted to put a smile on peoples faces when they try her food. From vietnamese food to thai, from japanese to balinese kitchen she always took time and patience to get out the best results to implement into her own.
2017 she then expanded Basil Kitchen, very overwhelming at first and very busy each night it grown into one of the most popular places in Seminyak next to Sangsaka. Without Basil, Seminyak wouldn't be the same, Expat Choice says.
All of our food is prepared from the freshest ingredients delivered from specialty food growers and purveyors around the country and world. Whether it's a casual Thai-service dinner, an authentic Mexican-style taco brunch, a client luncheon for fifty, or a glorious event of more than 150 guests, The Basil Kitchen has the imagination and expertise to make each time sensational.
Simply try it out yourself and let your taste buds decide.
