Experience the much-loved spring season with the new Strawberry Sakura High Tea by Janice Wong at 2am:dessertbar. Read on to find out more. 

Starting on Saturday, 6 March, the high tea features fresh Hanami Sakura flowers specially flown in from Nagoya Japan for guests to enjoy during this Sakura gazing high tea experience. Indulge in a taste of all things sweet such as the Strawberry Yuzu Opera cake and the 2am:dessertbar Signature Strawberry Caprese with Roku Gin.

You might also like to try the Compress Korean Strawberries with Sweet Milk, Strawberry Sakura or Sakura Caramel accomapnied by chocolate bonbons.

The High Tea set also includes the Strawberry Kakigori, Strawberry Tart, Strawberry Green Tea Monaka, Strawberry Mochis and Kakigori, Strawberry Basil mousse cake, Ichigo Daifuku and Gyozas to complete the Sakura-themed experience.
