Bayano the Rebel believes that great coffee is all about the raw product. Coffee will never be as good as what it was when it was inside a coffee cherry.
As such, the less they tamper with it during roasting, brewing, packaging and transportation, the better. They love coffee! Get yourself some coffee for home or join us for a cup at any of their wholesale venues.
They have a very solid belief that the most crucial components of their coffee journey are the farmers and the producers. They follow the seasons and work closely with coffee producers through direct relationships to bring the best possible product to the customer. They want to share the best coffee they can with the community, while also showcasing the farmers’ hard work.
Being a boutique micro roastery, they offer a limited amount of wholesale to maintain their standards and high quality. All their coffee is direct trade, seasonal and mostly single estate picked by their amazing coffee farmers who are the real heroes!
