Treat mum to a set menu at Bedrock Bar & Grill that includes a refreshing Burratina & Prosciutto Cotto appetiser. The main course offers a Roasted Wagyu Picanha highlighting A4 Miyazaki Wagyu from Arita Ranch, grilled over Bedrock’s signature applewood fire. This course is paired with a glass of Inspired Company Shiraz Cabernet and completed with a luscious Strawberry Bavarois dessert.
Whisk mum off for an island respite at Bedrock Origin and indulge in three courses starting with an appetising Grilled Avocado & Crab Salad with briny Avruga caviar, paired with a glass of Montelvini Sparkling Rose. The main course presents an option of either a Pan Seared Codfish Loin or Surf & Turf, paired with the full-bodied Inspired Company Shiraz Cabernet. Conclude the meal with a sweet yet refreshing Clear Lemon Tart.
