Retreat to an elegant adults-only soiree and revel in picnic-style dining, bottomless tipples and a candy floss cart on Saturday, 9 April, set against the pristine views of the vibrant Singapore skyline at the coveted Sky Lounge.
With the aim of serving contemporary Asian cuisine that delivers on authentic flavour and taste, diners start their picnic feast with the delectable On Ice Pass Around, with plump and sweet New Zealand half shell mussels, fine de claire oysters and cocktail prawns, a selection of Charcuterie with the best flavour pairings that include Parma ham, capicola, and mortadella served with crispy grissini.
Tuck into savoury bites with a regional twist such as Romaine Heart Lettuce Cups with avocado, corn, and white miso dressing; Roast Beef Wraps served with shredded lettuce and Mayonnaise aioli and Shitake Mushroom Quiche with aged Gruyère. Sweet tooths can delight in various inviting desserts including Almond Orange Financiers, Churros, and Fruit Platters served with melon, fresh berries, and grapes.
The perfect accompaniment to the sky-high picnic menu is the new “Cloud Cocktails”, featuring Candy Floss with Grey Goose Vodka, lychee liquor, pineapple, and orange bitters; Green Lantern with Bombay Sapphire gin, mint, cucumber, and Margaritaville triple sec; and Peachcomber with Bacardi 8 Anos rum, Margaritaville triple sec, Angostura Bitter and peach schnapps.
