A unique find, Fabbrica is a cafe which serves delicious sandwiches and baked pasta by day and then turns into a wine bar by night, serving cocktails, natural wines with cheese and cold cuts.
The baked pasta delights and all other grub can be taken home along with a bottle of wine of which they’ve got a really good selection.
There are five tables in the courtyard which means planning ahead would get you a space to eat, a compromise we’re ready to make because one taste of their Beef Cheek and Cavalo Nero Lasagne and we were floored.
