Meet the Brewer at Land & Sea Brewery, "I became enamoured with the brewing scene when I was 23 and road tripping the USA. Seeing all of the cool breweries that were more than just that. They were social clubs, community centres and local hang outs. That’s what really drew me to the beer scene before the beer itself. Got back from the trip and knew my dad had all of his old brew stuff under the stairs from ages back so I said we should start making beer together. Best father son project ever! Within a month of that I scored a job at my local, Whistler Brewing Co. and fell in love with the production and manufacturing. Making the move to Australia was a massive life and career choice but an opportunity that could not be passed up. Be given the chance to write all new recipes and set the trend/theme for a new brewery is a chance that doesn’t come around often. Learning and growing with Land & Sea has been the biggest challenge of my life but also the best. I see myself in the future certainly working within the beverage industry, barrel aged sour beers and projects are where my passion really lay these days with beers like this certainly coming out of Land & Sea one day."
