Portman's Bar

Named after John Portman, the world-class Architect who designed the hotel building in 1987, the name is both a tribute to Portman and his legacy and a recognition of the timeless, cathedral-like atrium that provides the environment for the bar and the hotel’s welcome space.

During the day, a stream of natural light pours in through the atrium skylight, bathing the space in a warm, welcoming glow - perfect for a pensive speciality-grade morning coffee or a nature-inspired afternoon tea with friends, featuring top-shelf international teas and delicate, delectable bites fresh from the kitchen.

Resident Mixologists spin from more than 90 labels of whiskies and other top-quality spirits into both classic and unique signature cocktails. Inspired by the hotel’s Urban Farm, these cocktails embrace the ‘farm-to-bar’ concept and are designed around specific fresh herbs and edible plants, drawing their flavours from the beauty of nature.

Portman’s Bar embodies the spirit of the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, a quietly dazzling celebration of nature and the beauty and serenity of timeless design.

Guests are encouraged to be dressed in smart casual attire with appropriate footwear. Shorts and flip-flops are not permitted.
