A one of a kind bakery influenced by the Japanese baking style prides itself upon showcasing an assortment of breads handmade from scratch. There are a few new additions on the menu list at Provence. Delicious, soft and doughy loaves like the Sakadane, a bread influenced by the rice culture in Japan, the Koshi An Pan, which is beautifully glazed on the outside and light and chewy on the inside treats your mouth with a hint of sweetness owing to the red bean paste, and the Provence White Bread, a unique spin on the classic favourite are the newest additions here not worth missing out.
