La Fez is a Moroccan-inspired wellness cafe and bakery in Siglap. Nourishment takes centrestage; experience an abundance of flavours as you feast on Arabesque vibrant meals with a La Fez touch. And yes, you should always, always order the side of fries. Arriving at the cafe is like being in Marrakesh, one of the four historical capital cities of Morocco. There is an all-day brunch starting from 8am and then lunch & dinner from 11am onwards. Arabic spices and ingredients are used in most of the dishes. All-day brunch menu include the Kasbah Brioche French Toast ($S18.90), Majorelle Shakshuka with Feta Cheese ($S19.90), Maghreb Baghrir Pancakes ($S15.90), La Sultana Pandan Pancakes ($S16.90) and Ziz Latkes Potato Pancakes ($S12.90). But the highlight was Majorelle Shakshuka with Feta Cheese ($S19.90) - spiced tomato, poached eggs, mushroom, onions and pepper sauce. Delicious. See menu

La Fez is serving up Ziz Latkes (S$12.90) a crispy potato pancakes that are served with Moroccan mayonnaise and the Baie Acai Bowl (S$10.90) for a awesome burst of açaí wellness. Order a traditional cup of Nous Nous (S$3.90). Made with espresso and milk. The brunch menu features delights such as the Majorelle Shakshuka with Feta Cheese (S$19.90), Ziz Latkes Potato Pancakes (S$12.90), Maghreb Baghrir Pancakes (S$15.90), La Sultana Pandan Pancakes (S$16.90) and Kasbah Brioche French Toast (S$18.90) and the best of all the Majorelle Shakshuka with Feta Cheese ($19.90) was a standout, served in a traditional earthenware and two slices of baguette.
