A Hokkien (Southern Chinese dialect) expression that translates to “cook and fry”, zi char is a term used to describe comfort Chinese food that is best enjoyed through communal dining.

Paying tribute to Singapore’s zi char culture, the restaurant serves up local favourites and Chinese classics. The incredible, Xi’an-born Chef Duo Qiang derives a great deal of culinary inspiration from his heritage and is the force behind the kitchen team’s efforts to produce top-class, tasty dishes.
