Restaurants in Singapore are getting creative with their food and what we are enjoying the most is the brunch scene here - and it's spreading like wildfire.

We’ve tried out some newly introduced brunches on the island, and they are all absolutely smashing. Enjoy what we have on offer.

The award-winning cocktails at MO Bar have earned them the accolade of ‘Asia’s 50 Best Bars’. Taste some of these refreshing cocktails with delicious crustaceans like seasonal oysters, prawns, snow crab and Maine lobster. Once you’re satiated with seafood, head on to pick from three dishes from their brunch menu featuring some of the finest dishes the bar has to offer - crispy Tiger Prawns with masala mayo and curry leaves, sumptuous Braised Angus Beef Short Ribs and to end it on a sweet note, Gran Cru Chocolate. MO BAR’s Weekend Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 12 – 2:30 PM (S$98++ per person)

Berthold Delikatessen

Brunch

For a while we’ve been addicted to Berthold Delikatessen ordering their freshly baked croissants and a hot cup of coffee for breakfast before heading off to work. But now, we have a number of delicious reasons to come here on the weekends as well. Their brunch menu has fresh juices, baked goodies and wholesome muesli and granola. We love their Belgium Waffles, Pancakes, Truffle Eggs and Salmon Toast and when we want to indulge, Big Breakfast Eggs Plate - fried eggs, sour cream, pork sausage, grilled portobello mushroom, guacamole, crispy bacon and sourdough toast. So good!

Zorba The Greek Cafe

A great place for breakfast and brunches complemented by the peaceful river flowing close by, Zorba The Greek Cafe is amongst our favourite cafes on the island. Sit back and order yourself a cup of joe before delving into a delicious Shakshuka or Avokanto, avocado toast with pomegranate, caramelized onion and feta cheese. We highly recommend their Zorba Breakfast Platter - choice of scrambled or poached eggs, Greek sausage, bacon, grilled portobello mushroom stuffed with feta crumble, roast roma tomatoes, caramelized onion, avocado and toast. Yum!
