"Hello Park Royal,
We’ve recently held our wedding dinner on 10 March at Sky Ballroom. As we reminisce about our big day, we’re extremely grateful to have 2 amazing liaisons from the Hotel.
Ms Jocelyn Loi has been extremely helpful and proactive while she was assisting us from the booking of the dinner to the confirmation of the decor. She also made extra effort to keep us updated monthly on the outstanding payments, items and the status of the renovations. These updates were extremely helpful as it was reassuring that someone experienced was on top of the dinner. Besides answering our many queries on weekends, we were also pleasantly surprised to see her on the evening of our wedding day, personally ensuring that everything was to go as planned.
We would also like to thank the Banquet manager Mr Sollehin, who wasn’t for his never say no attitude and reassuring advice to enjoy the moment that has made the dinner an enjoyable and unforgettable one. He also made effort to explain and hydrate everyone involved about the flow of the dinner and remained contactable throughout the evening. It was also his thoughtful actions of leaving a portion of the dinner and wedding favours in our bridal suite that left us pleasantly surprised.
If it wasn’t for these two outstanding individuals and the wonderful team, our guests wouldn’t have had sung praises of the food and service.
Thank you Park Royal! We will definitely look forward to hold future events at your hotel.
