The staff are very polite. The first impression is the beauty of the hotel - luxury combined with design. The hotel deserve to be a five star hotel. The receptionist is polite, friendly and explained the information in various areas in detailed. The staff at Soshi restaurant are very friendly and caring. As for the breakfast in the Club signature floor, it is not a buffet. But there is a variety of food to choose from, catered to your preferences. Beautiful views from the room and the pool. Nititorn Tay Cheonkum recommends SO/ Bangkok
