St-Rémy Signature's revolutionary double maturing technique transforms brandy production while remaining loyal to the rich tradition and silky taste that identify the St-Rémy brand.
The distinctive twofold maturation procedure starts with ageing in young oak casks, which provide spicy aromas and vivacity under controlled heat settings. The trip continues with a second ageing in conventional casks, which adds to the brandy's smoothness, balance, and sweetness. This rigorous process results in St-Rémy Signature, which provides a sophisticated palate experience that begins with indulgence and youthfulness and flows fluidly into roundness, balance, and sweetness.
