Head Chef Kenneth Tan

In his early twenties, Kenneth Tan apprenticed under professional Japanese chefs in Nadaman, Shangri-La Hotel, notable for its fine traditional Japanese cuisine since 1830.

He then understudied Sushi Master Chef Nogawa at Sushi Nogawa, the national pioneering sushi restaurant that has mentored numerous chefs of Singapore’s current leading Japanese restaurants.
