New year’s is coming and so are new specials JUST FOR ONE NIGHT at the Hard Rock Café! It's going to be a huge party and you'll be up dancing all night so fuel yourself before you hit the dance floor and party the new Year in with these awesome one-night-only specials. As part of my role as a reporter for Expat Choice, I was lucky enough to be asked to sample the delightful delicacies of the Hard Rock Café’s New Year’s specials and they did not disappoint! Two new specialty salads are on the menu for all you healthy heroes out there. While I enjoyed the Grilled Shrimp, Scallop and Quinoa Salad ($24.95) (the orange aioli was ace). I loved the Smoked Norwegian Salmon and Avocado on Spinach and Kale Salad. ($24.95)

All my favourites in one bowl accented by the zing of the lemon vinaigrette and sharp, sweetness of the pomegranate seeds. I followed that up with their Tomahawk Steak. Premium Grilled Australian steak at 1.2 Kg complimented by a delightful house red wine sauce with perfect crispy potato wedges and fresh asparagus. ($149.95) Barely had room for dessert but I squeezed it in as it was a fabulous holiday Crème Brulee with a Berry Compote. ($16.95)

I encourage you all to head to the Hard Rock to sample their delectable New Year’s Menu before we say goodbye to 2019. Their “Naughty and Nice” Holiday cocktail menu is also available. Being rather naughty myself I indulged in both the Candy Cane Cocktail and Gummy by the Fireside repeatedly. Have a happy and delicious New Year everyone!!

The food gets better and better at Hard Rock. The renovation at the Orchard location is great. It's a good family feel and a reliable lunch spot when you are looking for a nourishing solid meal - I highly recommend checking this out!

For great entertainment and food!

This is a biased review as I am a Hard Rock junkie! Whenever I travel anywhere in the world that has a HR Cafe, I always make sure I go. The food serves are ridiculously huge and I advise sharing some starters and a main between too. The cocktails are great. Its overpriced, but you are paying for the "experience" (which I love). The recent refurbishment has really been a massive improvement and the live acts are awesome. Sunday night is kind of like an open mike night and I highly reccomended going then!

Hard Rock Cafe is always a travel must. I always like to grab the iconic t-shirt in every city I visit saying Hard Rock Cafe 'Singapore' what a clever marketing scheme that is! We all know the memorabilia is always impressive and Singapore doesn't disappoint here. The mostly American style food is double the size most of us are used to so being slightly on the expensive side, I guess you get what you paid for. It is also recently renovated and looks great!
