Available from 1st to 31st May 2023, the promotional set is priced at $99 net (U.P. from $148++). Guests can indulge in a 30g tin of 8 Gems’ No. 3 Amur Oscietra that is renowned for its buttery flavour and sustainably farmed methods.
The caviar is harvested from a hybrid sturgeon and boasts a pearl-grey colour, with a fragrant nutty aftertaste. Condiments, such as creamy egg mayo and fresh chives, are served on the side with a tray of blinis. The blinis can also be replaced with Binary’s crowd-favourite Hong Kong Egglet at an additional fee of $10++.
Each promotional set comes with two glasses of beverage of choice. Guests can choose from Louis Roederer 243 Brut, house white, house red, or vodka martinis, or cocktails. More variety presents itself with a mini cheese choux puff ($18++ per pair) that holds sea salt vanilla cream, before it is generously garnished with No. 3 Amur Oscietra.
