Using market fresh, raw, seasonal and organic produce of only the highest quality ensures that what they provide you to put in your mouth is guilt free! They are motivated and passionate about bringing superfoods into peoples everyday lives and diets to improve overall health and wellbeing. They aim to make Bayside a healthier place, one superfood bowl at a time.
The Holy Bowly menu is healthy. Healthy in the true sense of the word, and healthy in that it’s never stale. The menu is always changing and evolving. They base their menu around what’s in season, what’s fresh, what’s tasty, what looks best at the markets. Expect something to change on a weekly, or even daily basis.
They only make and sell fresh, tasty and healthy food, so if they're at the market and we see something that grabs us, they jump on it. If Spinach and Kale are going off, you’ll find Spinach and Kale based bowls on offer. Berries in season? More than likely you’ll see berry smoothies and acai berry treats. Broccoli, Sweet Potatoes, Lentils, Beans in season? Expect some delicious curries and hearty yummy winter soups.
Items like the single origin coffee and organic teas are available season round, but the idea is everything is made to demand as we swap and change around what’s ‘freshest, bestest and healthiest’ they also react to what our customers want. Their expert in-house Chef’s bring new spins on old classics, making them tastier and healthier for you.
