Hosted by Asia’s premium lifestyle destination, Resorts World Sentosa, The GREAT Wine & Dine Festival will take place in conjunction with the inaugural Wine Pinnacle Awards from Thursday 10 to Saturday 12 October 2019.

Get ready for a gastronomic experience to remember, as The GREAT Wine & Dine Festival arrives at Resorts World Sentosa this October! Come discover the world's best wines and attend master classes by top wine critics.

You’ll also get to savour festival-exclusive dishes created by celebrity chefs, as well as LA’s cult favourite, Lobster damus, for the first time in Singapore.

The GREAT Wine & Dine Festival returns this year to showcase some of the world’s best wines as nominated by the world’s best palates led by Ms. Jeannie Cho Lee, a renowned Wine Pinnacle Awards Committee member who is also the first Asian Master of Wine.

Bringing together the wines from the nominees in the Wine Pinnacle Awards, the festival is set to be the premier wine event in Southeast Asia for both wine professionals and enthusiasts, featuring over 400 wines and craft sake.

Wine-lovers can look forward to masterclasses by the world’s top wine critics such as Doug Frost, Master of Wine and Master Sommelier; as well as tasting and acquiring the world’s best wines in one place.

Additionally, guests can look forward to a tantalising spread of food and desserts, including wine-pairing dinners at some of Resorts World Sentosa’s celebrity chef restaurants such as table65, Fratelli Trattoria and TEPPAN by Chef Yonemura, along with a first-in-Singapore pop-up dining concept – Los Angeles’ cult Lobsterdamus, known for their grilled wild-caught Maine lobsters.

Alongside fine wines and craft sakes, The GREAT Wine & Dine Festival also features a line-up of some of the world’s best gourmet dining concepts. Besides three of Resort World Sentosa’s very own celebrity chefs showcasing festival-exclusive gourmet delights, the resort is proud to present L.A.’s cult favourite, Lobsterdamus, for the first time in Singapore. LOBSTERDAMUS Here in Singapore for the very first time, LA’s cult favourite, Lobsterdamus, will most certainly make a splash. At the festival, they will be replicating their rich, buttery goodness drizzled on blanched lobster meat that has brought countless hungry customers through their doors in the US. FRATELLI TRATTORIA From heritage Lombardy recipes and the techniques of the legendary Cerea brothers, come Italian selections you won’t find anywhere else in Singapore. Enjoy festival specials made with imported ingredients like crispy Focaccia Genovese with Puglia’s Burrata cheese and Carpegna Prosciutto; homemade Gnocchetti in a scrumptious mixed seafood ragout; and slow roasted Spanish pork belly served with Marsala sauce and truffle mashed potatoes. TABLE 65 Presenting their take on modern European cuisine, the maestros from table65 invite guests to put the fun back into food. For the festival, they’ll be incorporating locally-sourced ingredients with their contemporary methods, promising your palate an explosion of flavours, with dishes like Pomfret Ceviche with passionfruit, coconut and kaffir lime; Roast Duck Breast with berries, sauce royale and oxalis; and Foie Gras, seaweed and ginger broth and umeboshi. TEPPAN BY CHEF YONEMURA Sample the art of the teppanand exquisite French-Japanese cuisine by Chef Yonemura. Strips of top-grade wagyuand other premium ingredients are masterfully prepared before your eyes. Festival exclusives not to be missed include Grilled Beef Steak Sandwich drizzled with a luscious Japanese BBQ sauce, smoky Grilled Seafood with healthy couscous salad, aromatic Smoked Duck Miso Rice Cake and more.
